Forms are to be filled out to the best of your knowledge. Seller forms will be attached to an offer and will become part of your sales contract. You are legally required to disclose any known defects of your property. If you have repaired any defects, please make sure to explain the repair and outcome on the disclosure. our team will not edit your disclosure. If you are unsure of an answer, you may leave it blank. Even if you have never occupied the property, you are required to fill out the disclosures. If your property has a homeowners association, you will be required to fill out the HOA disclosure. In this disclosure you will be asked for all fees associated with living in your community, any fees not listed on disclosure will be charged to you, the seller. It is extremely important that you confirm with your homeowners association all fees associated with living, selling, and buying a property in your neighborhood/building/subdivision.
